Return and Refund Policy
All Ilu Art Therapy artwork is made to order and prepared with care.
Damage or defect replacement
We offer a 7-day replacement for items that arrive damaged or defective.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and damage or defect.
- Keep the original packaging until your request has been reviewed.
Once we confirm that the item arrived damaged or has a defect, we’ll arrange a replacement.
Made-to-order items
Because each piece is made to order, we do not offer a general return or exchange period for change of mind, incorrect size or format selection, or personal preference. Please choose your artwork, size, and format carefully before placing your order.
